  • What is 5+5+5?
5+5+5 is how we make our impact. 5 minutes, 5 times a month, impacts 5 lives. In the time it takes to watch a commercial break on TV, you can call someone in your contact list who might be going through a tough time and check up on them. It could save their life. During your conversation, if you feel like there is something that IAAOH could assist them with, share our website with them. We have resources to help anyone who reaches out including other veterans and first responders who will lend a listening ear.
